Latest Fashion Trends I Am Loving! Part 2

Carrying on from my last post, the first fashion trend I am loving is

1. Flat Top Sunglasses
When it comes to sunglasses, I am usually an aviator style kinda gal as they are the only ones that seem to suit my face shape but this summer I have decided I am going to experiment with different shapes as I’ve lost a lot of weight in my face and these will be one. I love these sunglasses I think they look so extra and more expensive than what they are. My favourite pair are from Boohoo. They also have a black pair but I really liked the tortoise shell pair.
 

2. Slogan Tees 
I guess slogan tees are similar to graphic tees but I thought I would do them separately as I want to link a few different ones. I have never really been a fan of slogans unless they are good ones but I have found loads of funny sarcastic ones on Etsy which anyone like me will love! There is also a really cute one from New Look that I will link.

3. Culotte Jumpsuits
I have never been a fan of culottes and once tried a pair which really did not look good on me! Ever since I never liked them or culotte jumpsuits but now I feel like they look so classy and expensive. You can dress some down or dress some up. Some of my favourites are from Missguided & Quiz.
 

4. Rattan Bags
There’s something about Rattan that I love whether it’s on a bag or a piece of furniture, I seem to just be obsessed with it but these bags remind me so much of holiday and I think they would be great to take with you. They also look quite practical. My favourite one is from Asos.
 

5. T-Shirt Dresses
I have never really been a fan of t shirt dresses in the past but seem to like them a lot now, they can look really good paired with trainers and a denim jacket over the top. My favourite one is from Pretty Little Thing.
 

6. Pink Coats
Don’t ask me why I have to be so specific because I don’t even know myself but I am loving pink coats lately 😂. I think it’s because it’s such a pretty colour for the spring and summer and I absolutely love spring season coats when they come into the shops. I think I just have a coat obsession personally 🙃. My 2 favourites are the H&M trench coat linked in my last post and one from Missguided.

7. Oriental/Chinese Dragon Print
I have always really liked oriental patterns on clothing and glad it’s finally a trend not sure where it’s come from though maybe the new Mulan film? I’m still here for it anyway. My favourite pieces are from Pretty Little Thing who seem to have the biggest collection.
 

8. Fishnet Tops & Baggy T Shirts
I’m not sure if this is a trend but I saw a post on Pinterest which I absolutely loved and it was someone wearing a baggy t shirt with a long sleeve fishnet top underneath. It looked so edgy and cool and I just fell in love with it. I won’t link t shirts as there are some linked in my last post that would suit the outfit but the best fishnet top I have found is from Dolls Kill. Dolls kill is one of the best websites for unique clothing! It’s definitely worth having a look.

9. Boiler Suits
Boiler suits were a trend a while ago but I still absolutely love them! I love anything vintage and I feel like these definitely are. They are also something you can easily dress up or down. My personal favourites are from Asos by One Teaspoon (this one is really expensive but very very pretty!) and Missguided.
 

10. Circle Bags
For some reason, this year I seem to be getting an obsession for bags and one of my favourite styles are circle bags. They look very unique and they also look like they are quite practical. My favourite one is from Asos. I also have another favourite which was by Anthropologie (the yellow floral one) but unfortunately it isn’t available anymore for me to link it so hopefully one day it will appear on Depop 🤞🏼.
 

11. Feather Heels
These were a trend ages ago and I absolutely loved them but I feel like they are coming back in now. They give off such Barbie vibes especially when they are pink 😍. I think they are super girly and look great with loads of outfits. My favourite ones are from Missguided & Boohoo. 
 

12. Tory Burch Sandals
I discovered this brand last year and saw their Miller Sandals. I really liked them but always preferred Michael Kors sandals and this year I seem to be leaning towards Tory Burch ones especially after seeing so many pins with these sandals. The pair I have seen are on Depop but I will find the full price version and link them instead.
 

13. Pastel Biker Jackets
This year I seem to be seeing a lot of pastel biker jackets online and some of them are absolutely stunning! I’ve always loved a good biker jacket but never really seen pastel ones before other than Hayley Williams jacket in her ‘Still Into You’ music video and I was obsessed with it then so definitely happy that other pastel coloured jackets are in fashion now. Some of my favourites are from Zara, Revolve & Missguided. The Missguided jacket is also available in a beautiful pink and mint green colour. The Zara jacket will also be linked in a different topic as it can also belong in there.

14. Embroidered Denim Jackets
Another jacket I have been loving for awhile is an embroidered denim one. My personal favourites are the Gucci ones but I will never be able to afford that so let’s just pray that one day one comes up on Depop for pennies or that companies do a dupe for it because I would definitely buy it. 
 

15. Lilac
My favourite colour of this season is that beautiful lilac/lavender shade that’s going round. I think it looks absolutely stunning on a lot of pieces some of my favourites are from Boohoo & Zara and of course there is the stunning lilac cardigan from Pretty Little Thing which was linked in the first half of the post.
 

16. Bamboo Bags
Bamboo bags are a weird one for a lot of people but I absolutely love them I think they would look amazing on holiday and you could definitely take your essentials down to the beach in it. My favourite one is from Asos by South Beach.
 

17. Organza Shirts & Denim Pinafore Dresses
Although I have only seen one pin with this I think that this outfit will become a huge Instagram trend during the spring and summer as it looks so pretty and girly, it is also quite extra. My favourite organza shirt is from Pretty Little Thing and my favourite denim pinafore is from Asos by Stradivarius. It’s currently out of stock but hopefully it comes back in.

18. Personalised Birth Year Sweaters & T Shirts
These are not a trend at the minute but I thought they were worth mentioning, these tops are both from Not On The High Street and by a brand called Rock On Ruby. You can personalise these tops to your birth year and it also has a birth flower for you to give it a really pretty, girly look. 
 

19. Suit Co Ords
We all love a good co-ord and especially when it’s  pastel season. With a suit co-ord you can either dress it up for drinks or you can wear it to work and look work appropriate in it. My favourite one is from Zara.
 

20. Checkerboard Print
Checkerboard print was in a long time ago but I really hope it comes back because some of the items I’ve seen before are so cute and don’t look too much like a chef’s trousers. Some of my favourite checkerboard pieces are from Vans, Nasty Gal & Own Saviour.
 

21. Satin
Satin is a material that has been in for a long time but I absolutely love it, it feels really nice and looks so flattering on whether it’s a pair of pjs or a dress it still looks as flattering! Some of my favourite pieces are from Asos by Boohoo, Missguided, Pretty Little Thing and Missy Empire.

22. Rockstud Shoes
I have always loved the Valentino Rockstud range but of course they are so expensive and definitely unaffordable. A lot of companies this season seem to be doing dupes and they look just like the real thing. I absolutely love them for spring and summer. They seem to go with pretty much anything, them with a pair of jeans, white top and a blazer and you’re good to go. 23. Flat & Small Block Heels
As much as I am slowly getting more into heels I still like my comfort. I know a block heel can be very comfy but I am also interested to see whether flat heels are more comfy as there is more heel to balance on, I also think flat heels look really feminine. Some of my favourite pairs are from Asos & by the brand Co Wren also on there. 
 

24. Straw Bags
These are another bag that I think is perfect for a holiday. I have always liked straw beach bags but they seem to be bringing more and more out ready for the holiday season, if it even happens this year. My personal favourite is from Asos.
 

25. Espadrille Sandals & Mules
I never used to really like espadrilles but I started getting into them last year when I saw the perfect Chanel ones but this year I seem to be more into the sandal version and also espadrille mules. I think they are stunning for holidays and definitely get you in that holiday mood. Some of my favourite pairs are from New Look & Pretty Little Thing. I am yet to find a heeled pair of espadrille mules so if anyone has seen any please let me know! 
 

26. Shirt Dresses
Shirt dresses were another thing I had been waiting to come back around because I loved them. They look so nice with a pair of thigh high boots and a belt. Some of my favourites are from Missguided, Pretty Little Thing and Asos.

27. Stiletto Lace Up Boots
I guess these have been in fashion for years but I love how these boots look with certain outfits. My favourite pair are from Boohoo.
 

28. Lettuce Edge Tops
These are a basic that I absolutely love! I think the lettuce edge looks really pretty and girly and makes the piece look a lot better than just a simple basic. My favourite ones are from Boohoo.
 

29. Pinstripe Dress
I say I like pinstripe dresses but it’s actually a more specific one and it’s probably not a current fashion trend. The dress I really like is by Self-Portrait, it is absolutely stunning and so unique I think it’s quite an old one now but you can still buy it on Depop. I won’t leave a link but I will post a picture.
 

30. Oh Polly Dresses
Oh Polly is a site I have never really used before but I have recently been looking on there and found some lovely dresses that I really need to get my hands on for after this lockdown. I will link a couple of my favourites below.
 

31. Zimmermann Playsuits
I first discovered this brand on Covet Fashion and never thought it existed until I saw Youtuber Lydia Elise Millen wearing a stunning Playsuit from this brand, I have been on the hunt for it ever since as this was absolutely years ago and I’ve been hoping it will pop up on Depop some day but whilst I’ve been searching I’ve come across a load of other beautiful ones. They are definitely luxury and not affordable but for luxury items I tend to look on Depop for a secondhand version sold a lot cheaper. These playsuits are stunning for the spring and summer. 32. Drawstring Skirts
Drawstring skirts have always been one of my faves. They are really comfy and so easy to pair with a t shirt and trainers for a cute summer outfit. My favourite is from Pretty Little Thing.
 

33. Crochet
Crochet is one of those trends that always comes back in and it’s so so perfect for holidays. Some of my favourite pieces are from Nasty Gal, Asos & Hollister.
 

34. Tommy Hilfiger Denim Jacket
A brand I have been loving over the last year or so if not longer is Tommy Hilfiger. Tommy Hilfiger do the best clothes and I have been loving their denim jackets lately. They look so vintage and everyone lives in denim jackets around the spring and summer. My favourite one is sold on the Tommy Hilfiger website.
 

35. Chunky Necklaces
I’m not a jewellery person I probably have my pandora rings which I wear a lot, a couple of pandora bracelets and then a necklace with sentimental meaning but recently I have been loving chunky, layered necklaces. I think they can make an outfit look really good and more put together. My favourite one is from Asos by the brand Liars & Lovers. 
 

36. Pearl Detail Shoes
When I saw one of these pairs on a YouTube video I was a bit unsure of them but as I’ve kept seeing them online they have grown on me and then I found another pair on Asos that I absolutely loved. I think these will prove very popular in the summer. My 2 favourite pairs are from Asos by & Other Stories & Zara.
 

37. Unitard Playsuits
These were one of those things I never wanted to ever get into but here I am 🤦🏼‍♂️. I think they can actually look good with some outfits. My favourite one is from Missguided.
 

38. Louis Vuitton Ankle Boots
I never even knew that Louis Vuitton did shoes until I found a load of pairs on Pinterest a few months ago and I just seem to have been obsessed with them ever since. They are so boujee and look so good on Pinterest. I will link a few of my favourite pairs below and also some great dupes that I found on boohoo! 
 

39. Victoria’s Secret Pink Loungewear
I have always loved the clothing that Victoria’s Secret Pink sell but I usually only buy it when it’s in the sale. With us all living in loungewear I’ve been looking for nice loungewear sets and seen a few on Pink. My favourite one will be linked below.
 

40. Fluffy Flip Flop Slippers
Try saying that one when you’re drunk! I have been seeing a lot of people with these kinds of slippers at the minute and have really gotten into them to say I wasn’t a fan at first. They look super comfy and will be perfect for the current situation. My favourite pair are from Boux Avenue.
  

41. Motorbike Trousers
These may not be a trend but I saw a couple of pins with girls wearing them with a strappy top and heels and thought it looked stunning for a night out! I definitely think a few clothes stores should make their own versions of these so we don’t have to buy proper motorbike gear which bikers need, but for now if you do want some they are by a brand called MSR and sold by 24mx, I will link them below.

42. LPA Augustine Heels
The reason these are such a specific name is because I don’t know what else you could refer them to so these are the pair I will be linking below. I don’t know if they are a trend anymore because I remember seeing a load of these shoes everywhere but when I’ve searched for dupes they don’t seem to be there anymore but I still like them and think these heels look really classy and would look stunning with an open blazer dress with a chain bralet and long necklace underneath like the pin underneath. These heels are sold by Revolve.
 

43. Aldo Bags
I have always liked the brand Aldo but mainly for shoes. When I have been looking for new bags I have found some really nice ones by Aldo and I definitely feel like I need them! They are both from Asos.
 

44. Cherub/Renaissance Print
This is a print that I absolutely hated and now I’ve gone in the opposite direction and absolutely love it now. I have a few favourite pieces from Zara, Asos & Fiorucci. 
 

45. Lace Up Trousers
These are something I probably would’ve never worn and I’m still not sure if I have the confidence to now. I have seen a few pins with these trousers and they look so good especially when paired with a cropped denim shirt with one button fastened and hanging off the shoulder and a pair of heels. My favourite pair are from Fashion Nova.
 

46. Sports Buckle Belt
When these belts first came up they reminded me too much of a seatbelt and could never get into them but seeing them with a few outfits and I really like them now. They can make an outfit look that bit more boujee even though in reality it really is just a seatbelt 😂. My favourite one is from Boohoo.
 

47. Croc Print Trousers
I have loved croc print trousers for ages but when I first saw them, they didn’t seem to be sold everywhere but now they are and I cannot wait to buy some for after lockdown. My favourite pair are from Pretty Little Thing.
 

48. One Shoulder Crop Tops
I have never liked anything with one long sleeve as I feel like it only looks half done but when I have seen the more sleeveless bralet styles I grew to like them and they look absolutely amazing with a pair of joggers. They may be a basic but I think it will be one that will get me through the summer. My favourite ones are from Pretty Little Thing.
 

49. Lemon Yellow Jumpsuits
Lemon yellow is a colour I have loved for years, I think it’s great for spring and summer and I am seeing a lot of jumpsuits in this colour. This would be a nice colour to wear at a wedding. My favourite jumpsuit is from Quiz i think this one is a jumpsuit you can either wear on holiday or with heels at a wedding.
 

50. Christian Louboutin Peep Toe Pumps
The final item is these pumps which are always something I’ve liked but never that much, if I was getting a pair of Louboutin’s I would probably get the pump version but at the minute I’m loving these peep toe ones. I think they look really flattering on. I will link a pair below and will also try to find a dupe.

We have reached the end and I thought I would end it on a high. I really hope that you can find something that you love through both of these posts and I also want to know your favourite trends. I do want to end it on a little note just to apologise for half of the links being out of stock, I still wanted to add them because you can always add them to the wishlist or screenshot them and keep checking back online to see if you can grab hold of it. I am sure that most of it will come back in stock, there may just be a few sale bits that might not do but we can all hope.
